Alcatel-Lucent has announced a multi-year agreement with Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) to deliver its broadband access solution, enabling PTCL to provide high-speed services throughout the country.     Supporting PTCL’s nation-wide programme branded ‘Broadband Pakistan’, Alcatel-Lucent would deploy 100,000 IP DSLAM lines throughout the country, including rural regions and outlying districts of urban centres, Dawn TV reported.
