Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Business Zone North, Islamabad, has launched sales
promotion campaign by setting up two customers facilitation camps to provide telephone services for the valued customers in the twin cities.
The spokesman of PTCL said here Sunday that PTCL has set up Customers facilitation camps each at F-10 Markaz and Jehlum city.
The valued customers were provided with first-hand information about PTCL services through banners, broachers and hand bills etc. Both camps worked from 09:30 am to 05:30 pm for extending telephone services and products to customers and attending to their complaints.
“The purpose of establishing these modern camps was to facilitate customers and offer the entire spectrum of telecom-related services under one roof,” he added.
The facilities that are being provided to customers at these camps include provision of new telephone connections, booking of PTV (PTCL SMART-TV), supply of digital subscriber line, broadband packages, selling PTCL wireless V-fone connections and sets, wireless phone scratch card, SIMs and other PTCL services.
Different counters provide fast-track solutions to customers served by customer-friendly and highly trained staff.
Islamabad and Rawalpindi-based customers could lodge their complaints, relating to faulty phones, delays in installation of new telephone connections, non-delivery of phone bills, wrong billing and other telecom services at the camps.
A complaint box has also been placed at each camp for securing customer feedback and suggestions for further improving PTCL services.
In addition to all these facilities, the valued customers could avail the opportunity of getting duplicate bills at the camps. They could get their bills corrected and their phones unblocked, by simply providing a copy of any paid bill.
The customers could also get new telephone directory for the Islamabad telecom region free-of-cost and first-hand information about services and products.
