KARACHI:  PTCL, the market leader in fixed line telecommunications in Pakistan, has announced the launch of a new and exciting service for customers starting April 15 to provide greater simplicity and convenience to its potential customers.

Now  a  customer can place an order for a PTCL connection by simply dialing 0800-80800 and  there will be no need to go to an exchange or fill out the form.

A trained customer service agent will take telephonic order and the company will send its representative to customer’s premises to complete any remaining formalities.     The company’s aim is to provide new lines within a week of placement of order.

Customers who receive a new telephone connection will be placed into a lucky draw with a chance to win exciting prizes. PTCL will be giving away a car and 50 computers with free broadband every month.
